Alteryx Names Steve Brodrick as Chief Transformation Officer

New Leadership Role to Help Alteryx Customers Maximize Analytics Investments

IRVINE, Calif. — Aug. 15, 2022 — Alteryx, Inc. (NYSE: AYX), the Analytics Automation company, has appointed Steve Brodrick as Chief Transformation Officer to lead and advise Alteryx customers on each step of their transformation journeys. He will report to President and Chief Revenue Officer Paula Hansen as an expansion of her leadership team.

Brodrick brings a unique perspective as an Alteryx customer, joining from Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) where he spent more than 20 years focused on finance and business transformation efforts. During his tenure, he led all finance functions for the tools and storage business, as well as transformation and performance resiliency across the enterprise.

“A true Alteryx visionary, Steve strongly believes in the transformative power of analytics, and we are excited for him to join us in our mission to bring Analytics to All,” said Paula Hansen, president and chief revenue officer, Alteryx. “His dedication to democratizing analytics energized global executives at Inspire Americas in May. Now with Steve on our team, our customers can benefit from his depth of experience to maximize their analytics investments throughout their transformation journeys.”

Brodrick has worked with value stream leaders and global functions to identify, sequence and execute profit-enhancing ideas that drove increased profit margin. He will build and lead a team that engages with Alteryx customers to ensure their transformation initiatives generate positive impact at the global, regional, and local levels.

“In an uncertain economic climate, it is more important than ever for companies to streamline services and uncover efficiencies,” said Brodrick. “Having built and led teams that integrated data sets and democratized data and analytic insights to unlock enterprise value, I am now excited to share my experience with Alteryx customers and help them empower their organizations and maximize value with breakthroughs in data and analytics.”

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Brodrick held financial management positions with United Technologies Corp., a technology product and service company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University and an Executive MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
